Vintage kerosene lamp holder that has been converted to an electric lamp.  It is missing the flange, shown in last 2 pictures, that allows the lamp to be mounted to the wall.  The lamp is meant to come off the flange in order to take it down without have to unscrew the flange from the wall. What is here is in good shape, but it is a work in process, you will need to finish it.  It is not complete.
