 Capital Candle Holder / Rose Bowl Riser This capital candle holder / rose bowl riser was made of high quality plaster, and has been hand finished in a beautiful antique gold color to match virtually all decors. This makes an elegant accent to any pillar candle. - The measurements of this capital candle holder are: 9.25 inches X 9.25 inches X 8.25 inches tall. The part in the center where the candle actually sits measures 6.25 inches in diameter. This pedestal top is hollow inside so it is not so heavy. It weighs approximately 8 lbs. We started our business in September 2001, and have been very successful locally. We hand paint/finish every single piece that we sell, so every piece is a unique piece of art.
