  Capital Candle Holder / Rose Bowl Riser This capital candle holder / rose bowl riser was made of high quality plaster, and has been hand finished in a beautiful antique gold color to match virtually all decors. This makes an elegant accent to any pillar candle. - The measurements of the capital candle holder are: 9 inches X 9 inches X 11 inches tall. - The part in the center where the candle actually sits measures 3.5 inches in diameter. The outer diameter of the top part of this pedestal top measures 7 inches. This pedestal top is hollow inside so it is not so heavy.
