  Large Capital Candle Holder / Rose Bowl Riser This capital candle holder / rose bowl riser was made of high quality plaster, and has been hand finished in a beautiful antique champagne color. This makes an elegant accent to any pillar candle. - The measurements of the capital candle holder are: 8 inches X 8 inches X 4 inches tall. - The diameter to place the pillar candle is 5½ inches. - It weighs approximately between 7 - 8 lbs.
