Vintage Metal 36" Candle Holder

Vintage Metal 36" Candle Holder Stand. Pictures should give good idea of overall condition. There is a lot of metal wear and rusting throughout.  It looks to be handmade,  but not sure. The metal is magnetic so some type of steel. Weighs 2 lb, 12 oz.  Please ask any questions.
