About 7.25" tall
It looks like a candle holder with two cherubs holding and place for the candle. Statue / Candle holder has also few holes - mouth, ears, back - so perhaps it can be used as a incense holder / burner.
It has few chips on the body. Perhaps two wings has been repaired ( glued back) or they have crack going down.
