There are folded up old newspaper pieces inside to hold the candles. You can see the top of one has a few spots where the glaze had bubbles and those few broke open. No stamp, but similar numbers on the bottom
Frog planter is unmarked, has a small chip on the inside rim of the lotus. Crazed inside
