Vtg. Italian Made Gold Leafed Metal Leaves And Flower Candle Holder

The set is sold as a pair only, as is, as found and as you see it. The sale is for a vintage pair of Italian metal gold leafed leaves and flower candleholders; wall mounts. They are vertical with curvy leaves and branches and flower shoots. The main flower at bottom serves as the candleholder as it curls up. Good condition with age related issues. They have dirt in crevices, they could have wear spots here and there in the gold leaf. Both holder inserts have splits in the metal that could be normal since they both have them. They both have wax remnants inside from old candles. Under the insert, they both have hanging metal tags indicating made in Italy. One holder has small holes at edge of petals, maybe for hanging crystals that one can add if they chose. The other does not have these holes, yet they are mates; cannot explain. There are some areas of gold leaf that show maroon color; could indicate a wear spot or the way they were made; as found. They appear to be well cared for despite age in my opinion. See all pics and determine your own judgment before purchase. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Measures 20" X 6".
