Vintage Silver Tometal Butterfly Candle Holder

This is a silver metal butterfly with a votive candle holder between it's wings. The metal is silver, but has no markings to say if it's silver plate or something else. I used a silver polishing cloth on it and it shined it up - but I'm not positive what that means. The butterfly, regardless of what type of metal it is made from, is beautiful. It's standing still with it's wings slightly open and there's a round votive holder between the wings that has flowers and leaves on it. I don't see any defects in the metal - other than some tarnishing or darkening in some areas of the finish. Please see all photos and the video to see the condition for yourself.
