Vintage Pair of Matching Hand-Forged Wrought Iron Candle Stands W/Hobnail Candle.
This is a matching set of hand forged wrought iron small candle holders with a witches hat candle snuffer that hangs on a hook above the candle. I believe the candle to be amberina hobnail. They do have patented July 11 1939 embossed on the bottom of each holder. The candle holders measure 2½" tall. The bottom diameter is 2" and the top diameter is 2¼". Each candle is approximately ⅓ full but can be emptied and refilled with a new candle. The stands measure 13" tall with a 6" x 6" base. The candle Snuffer measures 3½" tall with a 4" diameter opening. These are great Mid-century pieces and will fit in with many styles of decor. They could even be painted and distressed to match a color scheme in your home. There are many candle options available. Clean out the old candle and replace with a tea light or even put the wifi/Alexa controlled candles in the hobnail holders and set them to come on each evening for a bit of ambient lighting.
