If you're a fan of Danish, MCM design decor - I've got you! This is the second of two MCM and Inspired Danish wood candle holders in my shop. This one is unmarked and appears to be hand crafted. The wood color is a deep, warm color and has all the elements of a simple, Danish design. Since I've not found another one like it, I'm attributing to Danish design.
Each hole holds a tea or flame less tea light, as shown. Sorry, I couldn't find 3. There might be a size of regular candle that fits this spot besides a tea light, that would be easy to source, just measure the diameter of a tealight. I'm including one flame less one to help you with that!

Measures approximately: 13" long x 3" at the candle holder, x 4.75" wide at the base stands.
