Vintage Copper Candle Holder

Vintage Copper Candle Holder Glass Panel Encased Hanging Lantern. The metal is not attracted to a magnet so I am assuming copper. It has green build up,  some rusting and general wear.  The glass has no chips or cracks. It needs a more thorough cleaning.  Pictures should give good idea of item to expect. It weighs 2 lb, 2 oz.
