Vintage Cast Iron Votive Candle Holder

I am offering to you a vintate cast iron votive candle holder.  It has a hook for hanging or pedestal base. This piece has hooks on the inside allowing it to twist and lock into place.  It is in good used condition with some ruff areas on the hook an bottom base from manufacturing.
