Vintage Candle Holder

Vintage Blue Glass Tile Mosaic Hurricane Candle Holder Vase. There is what looks to be like a crack on the inside top area (see pics). This is smooth to the touch so thinking it might be on other side of glass. Still solid. It does reach to top rim, and there you can feel the chip (see last two pics). Otherwise overall good, usable condition. The bottom glass has a film over parts of it I am assuming were made in production.  This is vintage in nature. Ready to use. Top and bottom diameters are 5".
