Vintage Blue Turquoise Chianti Bottle Candle Holder

Note: A nice EBayer informed me this is the bottom piece of a Chianti Candle holder that once held Chianti. Note: I found the sconce at the same store I purchased the bottle, a few days later and just now getting a chance to list them together. The candle sconce is a lighter turquoise than the bottle, thinner glass too. I’m not sure if they go together but possibly.
I have only found one other like this and it didn’t have a sconce either and was sold as a candle holder. It may have been a decanter at one time but unsure. It’s a very pretty piece with some bubbles in the glass and a ‘flawed’ area, that makes me think this is older. The blue is a deep turquoise color, not cobalt.
