Vintage Block Crystal Company Hurricane 2 Piece Candle Holder

Vintage BLOCK Crystal Company Hurricane 2 Piece Candle Holder Lamp. There are two small chips, one at the top rim (picture 11) and one on the base (picture 12). This candle holder measures approximately 9" Tall including the base X 4" Diameter. The base is marked "BLOCK" which is shown in picture 10. The base has a place for a taper candle but can also use a votive or pillar candle. The lead crystal is a fan, arch, vertical cut. Please look at all pictures as they best describe the condition of this item.
