Vintage Asian Arabic Middle Eastern Candle Holder

Hello, you are viewing my sale for a Vintage Asian Arabic Middle Eastern Candle Holder shaped like a Winged Dragon Bird.  This candlestick holder is Signed on the bottom however I cannot decipher what it says.  I have provided close up photographs of the wording.  This candle holder is made from metal however I am uncertain of the exact type of metal it is made from.  A magnet will not stick to the metal.  There is lovely scroll work throughout the top of this candle holder.  This item weighs approx. .4 pounds and measures 8 and 3/8" long by 3 and 5/8" wide by 3" tall.  This is a footed candlestick holder.  One of the feet on the bottom is broken off.  I have shown this in my photographs.  There are no other breaks, bends, or repairs present.
