Vintage? 6.5 Inch Ceramic Waiter With Tray- Pretzel/menu/candle Holder

6.5 inch ceramic waiter with tray

The tray has a hole in the center where a candle or a dowel can be placed. The dowel can be used to hold pretzels. Another listing says that it is used to hold menus.

There is quite a bit of crazing, especially on the base.

Judging from the style and the crazing, I am guessing this item is vintage. 

There is a tiny chip in the center of his lower lip. 

Condition commensurate with age/storage/handling/use.
