Vintage 1940's Alvin Sterling Silver Candelabra 3 Arm Weighted Candle Holder

Alvin 1940's sterling silver candleholder - weighted and reinforced and holds 3 candles or a bowl in the middle and a candle holder on each side.  Has a rope pattern designated S258.  Measures 12 1/2" tall - 12" wide - base measures 4 1/8" across and is marked on the bottom of the base "Alvin Sterling Cement Filled Reinforced with Rod of Other Metals.  Could also be used as a single tall candlestick and also used to hold a pegged bowl for fruit or flowers.  Good condition!
