Description You are looking at a Rare ENESCO Stained Glass HOT AIR BALLOON CANDLE HOLDER. I believe the glass portion might be poured acrylic or something other than glass. It looks like stained glass but probably is not. It is made with brass and beautifully crafted. Measures about 6-1/4" tall by 4-1/2" wide by 2-1/2" deep. The ENESCO tag on the bottom says 1985.
