RARE Bjorn Wiinblad Rytterstage Boy On Horse Candlestick Holder - 1977. This unique & hard to find piece is a must have to complete your collection! Beautiful, rare & collectible vintage "Rytterstage" horse-rider candle-holder. Designed and made in Denmark by artist Bjørn Wiinblad. Hand-made of glazed ceramic/pottery it is footed and features a woman riding a horse and the top of her hat is the candle holder. It measures 12" tall, 10.5" long, weighs 2 lb 4 oz and is hand signed/marked by the artist on the bottom as shown in the photo above. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or damage whatsoever, not even any crazing or craze-lines. Exterior glaze is still super shiny and clean. Piece will be expertly packed and shipped.
