Pair Of Ceramic Candle Stick Taper Holder

If I ever had elegant dinner parties, I would use these. I love the colors and the designs - it is very cheerful and happy. They are about 10.25 inches tall and 4.25 inches at the base. There is a bit of crazing and a little paint chip on the base of one. Please see photos. Each one has a hole in the base. I don't know what they are. No other damage or repairs.
