Pair of Antique Silver Plate Candle Holders with Glass Mary Gregory Hurricanes. The hand painted and gilt trimmed hurricanes are in fine antique condition without cracks or chips. Some minor gilt trim loss. The bottoms were taped long ago to ensure a tight fit. The tape could easily be removed and a substitute like museum mount wax used instead. A tall and elegant pair.
