You may see candlesticks identical to this, but they weigh a lot less. All I can do is guarantee that these are the authentic candlesticks from the 1950s, and back that up by offering a full refund to the buyer if you find that they are not. Please review all photos as part of this description (note the marks and discolorations on the bottom, when turned upside down, and the small discoloration on the inside lip of one candlestick, see photo, near where the candle goes in). They are incredible condition for 70 year old candlesticks. The cup has some space between the taper and the lip to add seasonal decor, like pine rings, around the taper candles that sit in the center, or even set a 3" tealight/votive holder on top of each of them. I've seen them decorated like this, and they look very elegant and beautiful, no matter what you add to them. Measurements are 10.24" high, 3.94" (10 cm) x 3.94" (10 cm) at the base.
