Hi and Welcome to TALL TREES IN PA Lead Crystal Candle Holders  (Set of 2) (Very good pre-owned condition - One has flaw - see photos) 4" high Pedestal Base from Yugoslavia NOTE LAST PHOTO:  The crack can be felt on the outside but not the inside. At first, I thought it was remnants of scotch tape. It does not hamper the use of the holder.
