Large French Country Pillar Wood Candle Holder

Large, impressive, fancy, matched set/pair of two (2) French Country pillar candleholders.
This set came from a furniture designers showplace, and the set is now 14 years old in excellent condition and the pieces are collector/designer grade in their finish and detailing.
The set is made out of carved wood in a brown/red mahogany tone with "plaza wash" antiqued french country accents/highlights in the crevices.
The construction of both pieces is heavy and substantial.
The dimensions and weight of each piece are as follows:
* The small piece in the set is 14 and 3/4 inches high, the base is 6 inches wide, the top candle rest area is 5 inches wide, and it weighs 3 lbs 10 ounces.
* The larger piece in the set is 17 and 3/4 inches high, the base is 6 and 1/2 inches wide, the top candle rest area is 5 inches wide, and the piece weighs 4 lbs 7 ounces.
Placement of this commanding and gorgeous French Country pair of candle holders can be either on a substantial fireplace mantle that is at least 6 inches deep, on a dining room table, in a bedroom atop a chest of drawers or nightstand, or even in the kitchen atop an island or counter area. The possibilities are extensive.
