It features a hand enameled three dimensional base with cherubs of all sizes floating in the clouds. Milky white clouds and enchanted rainbows color the heavenly sky. Pale sky blue multi-faceted beads dangle from different stations of the base and add a playful touch of shimmer and sparkle.
