Halloween Ghost Candle Holder

6" Halloween Ghost Candle Holder Ceramic. He is in nice, gently used condition. Has some black on inside of face from previous candle. It started to come clean but will need a tool to reach up inside. Also looks to be a paint surface chip in the same area. This is not visible when sitting.
