These are brand new I had them in storage never used in the original protective storage box provided by frontgate. These glass votive tea holders can used for multiple purposes. They can be used as decoration on a holiday tree, hanging above a table, placed on the table as part of a centerpiece, you can fill them with different decorations for use all year round. They are made of clear hand blown glass and include a hanging green tassel. They measure around 4 in. They are dusty due to being in storage and will require a washing before use. They can easily be washed since they are glass and not painted.
