Decoupaged Stemmed Glass Candle Holder

Stemmed glass candle holder that looks like it was possibly decoupaged. It honestly looks like a piece of decorative tissue paper that someone loved and wanted to keep, and in no way at all does it look bad, but I am basing this opinion on the ripples that are on the inside of the glass where the decorative piece is. Very pretty flower designed glass goblet with a glittery gold scalloped edge, all sitting on a thick glass stem. 9 1/2" tall, 5 1/4" deep inside the globe, 4 1/4" across the ruffles/scallops at the top, 3 1/8" across the base and 5" wide. It weighs a little over 1 pound on its own. Good shape. Smoke free home.
