Decorative Vtg Glass 1930s Custom Hoop Table Top Single Candle Holder

You are looking at a decorative, vintage 1930s, hoop candle holder with ribbed glass base, glass flower shaped handle holder and a hoop shaped arm that holds up the glass flower candle holder ~ someone replaced the original metal hoop with some sort of clear plastic arm that they shaped. It has no makers mark, I don't know who made it originally, or who customized it. It is a pretty piece with a clear vintage plastic type leaf shaped thing that they have placed as a wedge between the base and the hoop (I believe that is original to the lamp). There are no chips, no cracks, no breaks, no repairs, but the hoop hangs slightly to one side (see the pics). It measures 10 1/2" tall x 9" wide with a 5" wide base. The glass flower candle holder is 5" tall x 3 1/2" wide with a 2 1/4" wide top and it does have a 1/4" diameter bubble in the glass from the factory (see pic).
