Polish Crystal Art Glass Votive Holder

Polish Crystal Art Glass Votive Holder Cobalt Blue & Clear Glass Controlled Bubbles, measuring 3" tall and about 3-1/2" wide.  This pretty piece of art glass is heavy at 1.6 pounds, had a crystal clear top with gorgeous cobalt blue bottom and tiny bubbles floating to the top. I want to emphasize that the clear part of this votive holder is completely clear - there is lots of glare in the photos, but the piece is clear. Polished bottom, no signature. There is a sticker on the piece that reads, "Each piece is mouth blown and hand shaped by skilled glass blowers.  Bubbles are unique beauty marks of this fine workmanship".  It also says to put on a heat resistant surface.
This piece is beautiful with just a small scratch to the bottom surface (see last picture).  There is a bubble in the clear glass and I've included a close up photo of that as well, but it doesn't take away from this piece.  So pretty!
