There are no breaks, cracks or chips. Does not come with a candle or votive holder (don't believe they do and noting just in case).  Item is secure in styrofoam and has plastic covering.  Box does have some wear, tear, marks, corner tip dents and creases due to age and storage.  Also has the name Christie 10/2005 written on box.
