The clear glass votive candle holder is removable for easy cleaning.

Inside the glass votive candle holder, you can either put in a wax candle or a battery operated candle (Candles are not included).

This would look nice on your table, desk or you can take outside while you are sitting out there to keep the bugs away (but not to be left outside).
