2000 Pena Windstone Editions Brown Circle Of Cats Candle Holder

The candle holder features 7 different cats in a circle.  The side of it says it was made in 2000.  It has the brand tag still attached.  There is some color loss on the ears.  That looks like the only loss I see.  The bottom says windstone editions north hollywood california.  There is a red votive for it which I think is the original one.  There is a candle in it that looks unused.  The statue is quite heavy.
