Important Information Pre-sale Inspection: Items are usually available for inspection weekdays (excluding holidays) from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by appointment only.  For refund or exchange item must be returned at buyers expense.  There are no exceptions.  We will refund the entire payment amount including original amount paid for shipping OR pay to return replacements to you. Information on how to reach the warehouse will be provided to winning bidders. Default: All property not picked up within 10 days reverts to  Green Valley Wood Products, LLC, with no financial compensation made to buyer.
