Size: see pictures with rule for size. Opening for candle end is larger than the standard candle end. Open does taper smaller closer to its base.
Cast metal painted black. Item is not iron based. Some wearing and scuffs to black surface. Some putty in candle holders. Putty was used to help secure candle in place. Exact age and maker unknown. Please see pictures for overall condition and feel free to ask questions.
