These are really lovely and unique. The plastic tulip shaped bell clips on to your Christmas tree and hold little faux candles, which are included. These appear to have never been used as they still have the original stickers on each plastic cup. They are in excellent condition. One does have an area that appears to have a manufacturer defect.
